Features & Benefits
This service plans extends the standard factory warranty by 1 Year. The extended warranty includes replacement batteries (if applicable) and replacement of the UPS with an equivalent UPS at no cost to the customer. The customer also receives free pickup of old batteries or faulty UPS with 7x24 Hr telephone technical support.
Please Note: This is a replacement warranty only, no onsite service is included.
Extended Warranty
UPS Solutions offer a number of extended warranty options to cover the repair of goods that suffer mechanical or electrical failure within Australia. The standard warranty period is 2 Years from date of purchase, however this can be extended by a further 1 Year or 3 Years to a maximum of 5 Years in total.
