Assembly Service - Basic UPS
Onsite Assembly Service.
Includes unpacking of all boxes and placing the UPS and additional battery packs in the final fixed position. Powering on and testing that the UPS is in working order.

Commissioning Service
APC’s Start-Up Service provides customers with APC Authorized Personnel to ensure proper Start-Up of their UPS system. APC will energize and check functionality of
the system in all modes to ensure compliance with stated technical specifications.
The Start-Up Service is available in two configurations:
• Service visit performed on a 5 x 8 basis, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm
• Service visit performed on a 7 x 24 basis, which allows the customer to schedule service outside normal business hours, including weekends and holidays.
Benefits of this Service:
• Assurance of proper installation – extending product life
• Confidence that the UPS system will be performing to optimal manufacturer specifications
• Frees customer resources to concentrate on core business focuses
• Training of support staff on proper use.

Battery Replacements – Free collection of
your old battery pack
If a UPS battery needs replacing UPS Solutions can offer an onsite technician quickly in the most locations throughout Australia.
Service includes battery replacement and removal of existing battery packs and travel time and parking if applicable.
Please Note: The onsite installation service charged on a per hour basis, if additional time is required please order accordingly or we can provide a written quotation. If batteries are swollen or the UPS is deemed faulty and is unable to be repaired onsite, UPS Solutions can provide a repair service however all original onsite service charges and fees still apply, if you have any questions please email service@upss.com.au

Web/SNMP Software Installation Service
Onsite Web/SNMP Setup and PCNS setup training. UPS Solutions can provide a technician to setup auto-shutdown sequences for a single or multiple devices. Service is based on Microsoft and commonly used operating systems, if specialized knowledge is required additional service charges will apply or may not be provided if outside the technician’s product knowledge. Extended Warranty Programs
The 1 or 3-Year Extended Warranty from APC provides the customer with basic
insurance extending the factory warranty of the unit (as defined in the
user manual) for 1 or 3 years to a maximum of 5 years. With either of these programs the customer
is guaranteed next business day delivery of parts or unit to the customer's
site at no extra charge throughout the entire standard factory and extended
warranty period. These APC Extended Warranty programs can be purchased anytime
while the UPS is still within its original factory warranty period. The
3-year Extended Warranty is offered at a substantial savings over one-year
extensions. 1 or 3 year Extended Warranty with next business day shipment
of parts or unit 7 x 24 Telephone Technical Support. Low cost basic insurance
providing peace of mind in the unlikely even of a failure. Assurance of
quick delivery of parts or new unit increasing uptime, No additional shipping
costs.
Important Points: Must be purchased before expiration of factory warranty
The 1 or 3-Year Extended Warranty can be purchased to provide a maximum
of 5 years coverage.
